if i were you,
first,i talk about my meals.every time my meals must include vegetables,meats and grains.
anytime i eat,these food must be included in my meals,it's because grains give us much energy since it get much carbohydrate,meats and vegetables give us nutrition like vitamin,some fats ,also some proteins.
second,this three thing are the important food of the usual life,everyone must get vitamin for health,carbohydrate proteins and fats for the energy.
after that,we should not eat too much snack ,as it may let you feel full and make you can't eat your meal fully.a little sweet or food may not cause this,so we don't need full avoid snack.
lastly, eat meals at time is important.if you always eat your dinner at 7p.m,the system of your body will be easily to control since it won't absorb too much extra energy .A regular time for eat can help you keep fit and get enough energy.
