u dont really need to put it in a .rar folder , but , if your demo size = 1mb , win rar can make it 200 - 300 kb

Simple my friend. Firstly, you need to install WinRAR in your PC. Right click the file and click on Add to "[the file name].rar" and you are done. You have 2 file now, one file in its original format and the other in .rar format. Cheers.
